Trying to install PinPoint Marketing Tool (PMTSetup.exe) and receive an InstallShield error towards the beginning of installation - "1155: Error Installing Microsoft .NET Framework.  File Not Found"  The installation then terminates.  Any ideas?

Sorry for the problem! There are a few answers -- the easiest is probably to download again. That error can be from a corrupted download. Please try that first and let's see if it solves it.

Not sure how to use this forum.  I need help with Pinpoint Marketing Tool.  I just installed the program.  Started my first MArketing Plan.  Went to step 2: Apply Plan to Contacts.  The staus bar gets about 3/4 of the way through and I get a "runtime error.  The operation failed.  An object can not be found."  I have never seen this error before on any other program.  I have uninstalled the PMT and reinstalled as well as running a repair on the Outlook 2007 with BCM installation.  I have run "System Mechanic" to check my computer for errors (registry etc.).  I am running Windows XP PRO with all updates current.  Please help.  I have not been able touse this product which I think seems like a great product - I just can't get it to work.
